Bill Hartley - Senior Pastor

Bill Hartley has served as pastor of Fountain of Life since December of 2024. Prior to coming to Tucson, Bill has been pastoring since 1985, in Arizona, Washington, California and The Netherlands. He has also served as a history/theology teacher at Phoenix Seminary, Grand Canyon University, and Saints Bible Institute (Italy). Bill became a Christian during the days of the Jesus Movement in Southern California (1973) and spent the first 40 years of his Christian life in the contemporary Evangelical church. In 2018 he was ordained in the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. Bill and his wife Karen have two grown children (Camille and Evelyn) and one grandchild (Willow Rose Wilson).
